Provide leadership to the Maintenance Group. Manage the plant maintenance and reliability activities including the implementation of effective preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance programs. Record, monitor, and evaluate KPIs to drive progress through the Reliability Centered Maintenance program. Act as the ESL lead in the Waterchemicals Reliability Program.
