Senior Director, ERP Consulting


What will you be doing:

Premier ERP solutions are mission-critical information systems that help members manage business operations across Supply Chain, Finance, and Accounts Payable functions across the continuum of care. The Senior Director of ERP Consulting leads the teams responsible for solution implementations and related professional services. Project scope is complex and varied, typically consisting of enterprise-wide deployments of one or more Premier solutions that include strategy, people, process, technology, and data elements. This position will be responsible for developing and achieving organizational goals, supporting enterprise solution sales, generating services revenue, leading a large team of consultants and technical specialists in delivery and support, launching new solutions and capabilities, building internal and external partnerships, and delivering assigned business and financial objectives. Responsibilities also include establishing and driving performance metrics and process improvement, monitoring project performance, managing resource utilization, and working closely with Commercial, Customer Care, and Product Development teams. This will require deep business operations expertise, experience in leading consulting engagements, and the ability to serve as a trusted partner for executive-level clients in the healthcare industry.

Skills & Experience :
* Extensive experience leading teams in delivery of ERP solutions to healthcare customers
* Experience in supporting complex enterprise sales; including product demonstrations; developing proposals; and writing detailed service agreements and building relationships with senior healthcare leaders
* Design and improvement of consulting services including project management, operations analysis, functional and technical design, technical service delivery, training and change management.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree

Relevant Experience to include:

  • Direct healthcare operations experience
  • Certified process improvement training and skills
  • Product development experience including requirements gathering, solution testing, new product introduction.

Premier's compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier's internal salary range for this role is $155,000 - $289,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
