How You'll Perform the Role

This position is for a hands-on Engineering, Maintenance, & Reliability Leader, and requires a strong mechanical/electrical, LEAN background with experience managing maintenance in a Total Productive Maintenance environment.

  • Responsible for facility management and property upkeep.
  • Responsible for all maintenance programs including.
  • The installation and repair of all machinery / equipment.
  • Organizing and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
  • Maintaining compliance with EPA record keeping and reporting.
  • Controlling and improving the plant's repair / maintenance spending.
  • Maintaining an effective maintenance management system and repair parts inventory control system through MP2 / Maximo / COUPA.
  • Developing a repair and maintenance budget.
  • Ensuring all applicable permits and regulatory compliance are current.
  • Developing and implementing the annual capital project budget.
  • Provide technical recommendations and implementations for continuous improvement in plant production processes.
  • Supervise maintenance supervisor directly along with any indirect technicians.
  • Manage Controls Technician's and Controls Engineer.
  • Providing a clear strategy for training of all maintenance personnel.
  • Manage the ET R&D testing area.

What We Need From You

  • Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related Technical Discipline).
  • Several years of relevant experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Strong mechanical, electrical and manufacturing process skills/experience.
  • Must have experience supporting and leading Lean manufacturing activities.
  • Analytical skills and understanding of problem-solving techniques/tools.
  • Data-driven, disciplined, objective and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication skills. Demonstrated ability to act as a business partner, "see the big picture," and work through ambiguity and change.
  • Advanced computer knowledge with MS Office applications (Excel, Access, etc.) and other computer tools and software and a working knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Must be willing to travel to the Company's manufacturing sites to support projects and initiatives.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without Company sponsorship now and in the future.
