Profile:

Typical work shift will begin at 3am in the Morning Monday through Friday.

Rate of pay for the MEPS F&B Attendant is $ 17.25 per hour.

Rate of pay when transitioning to standard lunch service is $5.51 per hour.

Primary Purpose:

The primary purpose of the Restaurant Server (MEPS) is to provide guests with an excellent restaurant experience.

Work Performed:

TheRestaurantServer(MEPS)will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:

  • Schedule dining reservations and arrange parties or specialservices;

  • Ensure prompt and courteous service toguests;

  • Answer telephone calls and process phoneorders;

  • Greet guests, escort them to tables, and provide menus, answering dining related questions, and suggest food and beverageitems;

  • Take food and beverage orders, relay orders to kitchen,and serve food toguests;

  • Coordinate amenity delivery request in connection with the kitchendepartment;

  • Monitors tables in assigned section ensuring allguestsareserved;

  • Address guestcomplaints;

  • Collect and process guestpayments;

  • Totals receipts at end of shift to verify sales and clear cashregister;

  • Ensures tips are reported properly for taxprocessing;

  • Clear dirty table settings and preparetableforresetting;

  • Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen andcondiments;

  • Inspect dining room serving stations for neatness andcleanliness;

  • Assistservicestaff as necessary to service guests in a timelymanner;

  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, including reporting accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to management; and

  • Any and allother work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.

Qualifications:

Preferred Prior Experience:

Six(6)months of previous customer service, restaurantand/or cashier experience

Preferred Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Required Licenses/ Certification:

Food Safety Trainingcertifiedor become certified within first 60 days of employment.

Alcohol Awareness certifiedor become certified within first 60 days of employment

Preferred Technology:

Previous experience with Micros operating system

Physical:

Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs

Ableto bend and squat repeatedly

Able to walk and stand for duration of scheduled shift

Other:

Flexible towork day, early morning, evening, nights, weekend and holidayshifts
