The RN Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing clinical leadership and day to day supervision of clinical staff, to included ancillary staff members. The RN Clinical Supervisor is responsible for JCAHO, OSHA and other regulatory compliance in the clinical setting. The RN Clinical Supervisor is responsible for staffing schedules for all clinical staff. • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state in good standing.
• BLS Certification
• 2 years experience as an RN.
• Must be able to communicate in English effectively (Verbal/Written).
• For ISMC only: DNV with a JCAHO Hold and must maintain a Nationally recognized Stroke Certification.
