DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The die corrector helper is responsible for setting up dies for the presses, cleaning and sandblasting dies, and keeping their areas well maintained. Successful candidates will be able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding work environment that includes heavy lifting and working with your hands. This job description is reflective of the tasks that will be performed.

• Operation of various hand tools to assemble and break apart extrusion diesLift dies up to 50 lbs onto work areas
• Wear proper PPE in a hot environment to load dies
• Wear proper PPE to use mild chemicals

• Ability to lift 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
• Will require standing, walking and working on concrete surfaces for long periods of time
• A high school diploma or GED preferred
