Job Summary
- Provides high quality customer service and drinks according to Starbucks recipes and standards.
- Learns to develops relationships with customers.
- Learns all accurate cash handling and deposits.
- Learns how to stock food and drink products.
- Ensures all Health Department guidelines and store policies are followed on cleanliness.
Qualifications
Education
- High School diploma or equivalent required
Experience
- Six months in customer service setting required.
- Six months as a barista preferred.
(Above requirements can be met by equivalent combination of education and experience)
Licensure/Certification
- Cleveland County Food Handlers Permit required.
- Must be obtained before beginning work in the coffee shop.
Compensation
- $13.00hr
Schedule
Varies during business hours - Mon-Fri 5:30a-5:00p, Saturday 7:30a-12:30p
