Position Title: Tool & Die Maker

Wage: $31.50/hour

Shift: 2nd

Hours: 3:00pm - 11:00pm

Tool & Die Maker Responsibilities:
- Read and follow written work instructions and tool drawings
- Fabricate and/or repair tools, fixtures and machine parts
- Manufacture quality products to meet customer requirements
- Perform setups and operations on machine tools such as lathes, standard and CNC mills and EDMs, grinders, hone, saws, and CAD CAM
- Maintain a continuous material flow throughout the Tool & Die Process
- Design and fabricate simple or complex jigs and fixtures
- Make decisions' using math, charts, tables, formulas, and knowledge of machining techniques and methods

Requirements for Tool & Die Maker:
- Able to proficiently use precise measuring equipment and gauges and work to extremely close tolerances
- Able to work under minimal supervision
- Able to lift up to 80lbs
