DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Associate is responsible for performing schedules cycle counts and audits on all finished goods inventories in the yard and storeroom. Employee must be able to identify, analyze and problem solve all discrepancies to the root cause and take corrective action.

• Perform daily cycle counts by using JD Edwards cycle counts process
• Operate Forklift safely, efficiently and accurately to move or organizematerial as needed for cycle counts
• Verify finished goods ID number and place the finished goods inventory into the correct location
• Work with production and purchasing to lead a root cause analysis to solve inventory variance issues

• Ability to lift 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Able to convert fractions to decimals
• Ability to read and interpret common statistical data, productivity reports, and written instructions
• Capable of using computerized equipment
• A high school diploma or GED preferred
