The Compensation Consultant administers system wide compensation programs, policies and procedures, ensures compliance with federal and state legal regulations, and provides guidance as a consultant to management across the system for compensation and total rewards issues.   • Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resource Management or related degree or 4 years applicable experience
  • 2 years compensation, finance, or statistic/quantitative analysis experience
  • Knowledge and application of compensation and employment laws, including FLSA, Equal Pay Act, and wage and salary
  • Knowledge of Total Rewards best practices, trends, and related employment issues preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and PeopleSoft
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English
  • This job requires the incumbents to operate a INTEGRIS-owned vehicle OR personal vehicle (non INTEGRIS-owned) and therefore must have a current Oklahoma State Drivers License as well as a driving record which is acceptable to our insurance carrier.
