Summary

The Channel Marketing Manager will join the Channel Marketing Team, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager. This position will plan, develop, and execute partner acquisition marketing campaigns utilizing multi-touch, omni-channel campaigns via inbound and outbound marketing.

The Channel Marketing Manager will collaborate with several different teams across the business on various marketing campaigns to accelerate the growth of our multiple partner channels throughout North America, including Heartland Dealer, Agent Bank and Payroll, and Global Payments Wholesale.

This individual will create acquisition campaigns to accelerate growth and deliver highly qualified opportunities to multiple partner business development teams. This will include understanding sales cycles and value propositions, overseeing asset and content creation, and distributing cohesive campaigns leveraging an omnichannel approach. This individual will be responsible for executing programs and will report on metrics to recommend an optimal marketing mix.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and develop integrated marketing prospecting and nurture campaign programs for the Partner Business Development organization to achieve pipeline and revenue goals.

  • Support all aspects of campaign and communications activities, including planning, copywriting, editing, placement/publishing, obtaining management approvals, vendor execution, and reporting & analysis.

  • Evaluate new channels and scope vendors for new advertising and lead gen opportunities.

  • Analyze sales records, research corporate and competitor information, identify trends, and estimate market development and potential for prospects.

  • Deliver marketing campaign results and related marketing activities to stakeholders with data from tools such as Google Analytics, Pardot, Salesforce, and Tableau. Performs overall analysis of marketing activities and metrics from marketing campaigns to enhance future programs.

  • Work cross-functionally in and outside of the marketing organization, including Product Marketing, Creative Services, Channel Marketing, Marketing Technical Ops, and Sales to deploy and optimize revenue-generating programs.

  • Build strong business partnerships with constituents internally and externally throughout the company including marketing, sales, client relations, product management, executives, HR and parent company team members to develop corporate messaging.

  • Be a partner to the digital marketing team, advising on business and campaign goals while working with them to identify optimization opportunities.

  • Work with Marketing Technical Ops to ensure campaigns are set up correctly, appropriately tagged, and tested prior to deployment.

  • Support the execution of partner acquisition special events, trade shows, and webinars.

Job RequirementsMinimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or related field

  • 2-4 years relevant work experience

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment is a must.

  • Proven track record of building and executing highly engaging and revenue-driven marketing programs

  • Strong relationship builder and high collaborator with sales, marketing leadership, and other stakeholders.

  • Solid experience working with new tools and vendors to deliver best-in-class customer acquisition in all stages of the sales funnel.

  • Excellent communication skills, particularly when articulating findings in meaningful, clear ways to stakeholders with an emphasis on actionable insight

  • Exceptional time management skills

  • Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to define and achieve objectives with limited oversight

  • Project Management - Plan, organize, motivate and manage multiple projects, resources and timelines simultaneously

  • Basic knowledge in these key areas:

    • Marketing campaign development and management

    • Campaign performance analytics

    • Google Docs/Slides and/or Microsoft Office

    • Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years relevant work experience

  • Financial technology or B2B SaaS, or general software industry experience

  • Advanced knowledge in these areas:

    • Integrated marketing campaign development

    • Campaign performance analytics

    • Pardot, Outreach and/or other Marketing Automation Tools

Travel
  • Travel 10%-15%
