Job Description

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Installs and decommissions project site technology including network equipment (wireless access points and security appliances), data cabling, Wi-Fi, and audio-visual equipment in project trailers.
  • Supports project personnel and technology remotely or onsite from project start up to completion.
  • Provides escalated incident support and handles field end user requests for hardware, applications, and access.
  • Creates and maintains end user documentation, knowledge base, andrecurring communications to field end user communityto help achieve first call resolution.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Three to five yearsof progressive experience in installation, configuration, and support of Windows based computer hardware, iOS mobile devices, software, peripherals, network equipment, data cabling, and audio-visual installation required.

WHAT WILL SET YOU APART

  • Knowledge of network and audio-visual equipment and cabling.
  • Exposure to ServiceNow, Intune, SCCM, and other technology management tools.
