POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

The purpose of the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center Enterprise Services Center (ESC) Cybersecurity Services (AMK-230) contract, is to provide continuous cybersecurity services for the Department of Transportation (DOT) and non-DOT customers. Contract tasks include, but are not limited to the following requirements:

  • AMK-230 Tech Typist Support
  • Independent Cybersecurity Assessment Services
  • Vulnerability Assessment Services
  • Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) Support
  • The Program Manager (PM) will be responsible for the performance of the work of the contract. The PM will have full authority to act on behalf of the contractor for all issues pertaining to contract administration for the subject contract.
  • Location of work: Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, Oklahoma City, OK

This opportunity is for a POTENTIAL CONTRACT award and is contingent upon the contract being awarded. Consideration for a potential contract may require a signed letter of intent. If the contract is awarded, another position posting will be available on the Company Careers portal.

Primary/Major Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

  • Managing the program for the Contractor.
  • Being the primary point of contact for the CO, COR or MMAC PM to resolve problems under the contract.
  • Designating a contractor representative as acting PM whenever absent and providing adequate notifications to the CO and COR.
  • Ensuring all CDRL reports, and other deliverables are delivered on time.
  • Attending meetings pertaining to contract performance as required by the CO.
  • Maintaining appropriate staffing levels and IAW Section 4.2, Technical Requirements, filling vacancies within the specified timeframes.
  • The PM must be available either via video conferencing (i.e., Zoom or Teams), phone and/or in person during normal working hours within two (2) hours to meet at the MMAC with Government personnel designated as the Contracting Officer (CO), MMAC Program Manager (PM) and/or Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to discuss problem areas.

Pay rate:$100,920 - $126,150 Annually

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Must have bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or other related discipline.
  • Must have five (5) years management experience and at minimum of three (3) years of Cybersecurity IT experience in a contract of this size and scope in the Government or large corporate environment.
  • Must be in the Oklahoma City Area.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and approved through the Project Management Institute (PMI) is desired.
