The Applications Analyst is responsible for supporting application implementations, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance activities, and supports Technology Governance, the Project Management Lifecycle, Service Transition and Service Operations.

* Bachelors degree in related field with 2 years of relevant experience, or Associates degree in related field with 4 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of relevant experience. * Previous experience with software used in a financial, clinical or enterprise systems setting. * Previous experience with financial, clinical or web-based systems computing preferred. * Expertise and certification in supported technologies as required by role. * Previous experience using verbal and written communication to a variety of audiences through a range of modalities. * ITIL certification within 6 months of hire. * Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Verbal/Written). Epic Instructional Designer or Epic Applications Analyst: * Epic certification within six months of first class attendance. ERP Applications Analyst: * Previous experience in Retail Point of Sales, ERP, CRM, programming, business analysis or other related ITS function preferred. * Previous experience with finance, supply chain, and human resources business practices and systems preferred. * PeopleSoft certified specialist or equivalent certification relevant to ERP required within six months of first class attendance. Imaging Applications Analyst: * Previous experience with Radiology PACS\RIS, or financial document imaging, or medical records scanning and imaging preferred. * Must have current certification in one of the following: AGFA PACS, OnBase, Teremedica, or equivalent imaging solution still relevant to conducting business within six months of first class attendance.
