Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, the Legal Operations and Data Management Consultant serves within the Legal Services Department of INTEGRIS Health and assists with analytics, strategic planning, and operational support to the Legal Services team. The ideal candidate is a motivated legal operations professional with a strong background in supporting a high-performing legal team. The Legal Operations and Data Management Consultant manages the contract lifecycle management software for the organization and is responsible for automating, simplifying, and streamlining contract processes. This individual will facilitate cross functional collaboration and support the administration, processing, storage and reporting of contracts. While the role is initially focused primarily on contract management and optimization, it includes opportunities for growth into management of additional legal technologies and department performance management projects (e.g. developing, tracking, and communicating metrics).

  • Previous corporate legal department or law firm experience is preferred
  • 2+ years of experience implementing and/or managing CLMs and other contracting/legal operations technologies or 3+ years of project management experience
  • Experience developing and managing self-service contracts, clause libraries, playbooks, contract repositories, templates, and automation
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in the ability to create project plans and summarize requirements and action items
  • Completes job duties efficiently and resourcefully to result in cost effectiveness
  • Exhibits a continuous improvement mindset and prioritizes standardizing work when possible
  • A collaborative, team player who prioritizes building relationships across the organization
  • A problem solver who can anticipate needs and offer solutions
  • Excellent client-focused communication and organizational skills to manage diverse assignments and projects
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines and work on multiple, simultaneous assignments
  • Ability to address multiple priorities in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong computer skills in CLM software or similar technologies, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Skills in business insights and data visualization such as PowerBI a plus.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written).
