DESCRIPTION

Decypher is seeking a Clinical Social Worker to support at Tinker, AFB, OK.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate appropriate referrals
• Performs crisis assessments, intakes, and assessments
• Assess the psychosocial functioning and needs of patients
• Performs individual therapy using evidenced based practices
• Group Mental Health Therapist for Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program
• Group Mental Health Therapist for Anger Management
• Develops treatment plans including mental health, case management

QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Medical Social Worker (MSW)
• Masters Degree In Social Work (MSW) accredited by (CSWE)
• 2 years of recent Mental Health experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• US Citizen
• Must be able to pass a NACI background check
