WHAT YOU BRING | THE PERSON A minimum of 4 years of window installation OR construction remodeling experience, preferred A proven track record of superior workmanship A strong focus on customer service Self-motivation and results orientation Time and work process management skills with the ability to work independently REQUIREMENTS FOR A SUBCONTRACTOR Ownership of your own truck, trailer and tools (we provide job materials) Provide Certificate insurance with the following requirements: General Liability - $1 Million Each Occurrence Automobile Insurance, Required Provide references of your past work THE RENEWAL BY ANDERSEN | ESLER COMPANIES STORY Renewal by Andersen is the full-service window-replacement division of 115-year-old Andersen Corporation, the owner of the most trusted family of window brands in America.
